The Reverend Dr. Patricia Lee Miller is the Interim Rector at St. James. She has been an Episcopal priest since 1997 and has a Doctorate of Ministry and a Master of Science in Nursing; she has served as parish priest and four times as an interim priest or rector. She is a United States Air Force veteran and retired at the rank of Colonel.
